Westside Estates is an animal friendly property and is excited to welcome your cat, dog or assistance animal as part of our community!

Westside Estates allows a maximum of 2 animals per apartment.

• Each animal not to exceed 50 lbs. at full maturity.

• All animals must be approved by management to reside on the premises.

• Upon approval, the following will be required prior to move in:
-
1. Proof of vaccinations and current weight.
-
2. Proof of spay/neutering.

3. Proof of current City of Tacoma license
-
4. Current snap shot of your family member
-
5. DOGS ONLY: Poo Prints DNA sample (FREE cheek swab performed by you in our office).
